High Protein Vegetarian Kebab

Usually, Kebab reminds us about the meat ones which are dense in fat, but on some days all we need are plant based protein dishes that keeps our tummy full. Here is one such high protein vegetarian kebab which we love as a family. The main ingredients in this kebab are soya chunks and corn along with some rice flour and gram flour. This recipe also helps in weight loss.

High Protein Vegetarian Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soya chunks before soaking
  • 1 cup Corn boiled
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • tsp Corriander powder
  • tsp Chilli powder
  • as needed Salt
  • Handful Corriander leaves
  • as needed Oil of your choice

Method
 

Soak the soya chunks in hot water and after a while squeeze them and take them into a bowl.
    Now add in the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well. Transfer everything into a mixer and grind it coarsely.
      Roll them into balls and flatten them. Now pan fry them with a little oil until they turn golden and crispy.
