High Protein Vegetarian Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soya chunks before soaking
  • 1 cup Corn boiled
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • tsp Corriander powder
  • tsp Chilli powder
  • as needed Salt
  • Handful Corriander leaves
  • as needed Oil of your choice

Method
 

Soak the soya chunks in hot water and after a while squeeze them and take them into a bowl.
    Now add in the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well. Transfer everything into a mixer and grind it coarsely.
      Roll them into balls and flatten them. Now pan fry them with a little oil until they turn golden and crispy.
