Chocolate Muffins

These cholcoate muffins are moist, fluffy and easy to make dessert. A perfect recipe for a weekend to enjoy the dessert after the meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Medium
  • 1 ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs and add in the sugar and whisk them well until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add in milk and oil and mix them well.
  3. Now sieve the dry ingredients and mix them, the tip here is do not over mix it.
  4. Spoon the batter into the muffin tray.
  5. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or untill the toothpick comes out clean.
