Method
- Crack the eggs and add in the sugar and whisk them well until it becomes frothy.
- Add in milk and oil and mix them well.
- Now sieve the dry ingredients and mix them, the tip here is do not over mix it.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tray.
- Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or untill the toothpick comes out clean.
